Not only are we a low-cost gym, but we are also open 24 hours, seven days a week and there is no contract when you become a member. Our gym in Poole has hover 220 pieces of top-quality equipment and you can also choose from a packed timetable of free classes. Our gym also has free parking*.

There's also new benches added to the free weights area and finally we’ve installed brand new lockers and showers in the changing rooms.

We’re confident that you’ll want to work out with us for a while though, because we are jam-packed with more than 220 pieces of top-of-the range gear to help you hit your fitness targets. We're based next to the Gala Bingo in Tower Park, near to the 24-hour Tesco Extra and Empire cinema. If you're coming by car pop BH12 4NY into your SatNav and park in the free onsite car park. Not only is there room for almost 700 cars, there’s also 24-hour CCTV. *Parking restrictions may apply. Please check in the car park before you enter the gym. PureGym is not responsible for any parking fines.
Alternatively, the number 6 bus runs every half hour in the daytime (Mondays to Saturdays) and hourly on evenings and Sundays, and the 159 bus stops at Tower Park after 7pm (Monday to Saturday) and all day on Sunday. Or, if you fancy warming up before you workout, you can lock your bike at the bike racks directly outside the gym entrance.

Fantastic experience: Have loved using this gym so far. Equipment is gd and most people there are friendly and polite, Only negatives from what ive used and done so far is its mega hot downstairs when using the crosstrainers and treadmill. The vents on the equipment don't really give great airflow.

Fantastic experience: No frills gym with some good equipment. Haven't been at peak times but is OK when I use it. Instructors are all great, push you in different ways in the classes. Spin bikes are ropey, no 2 are the same resistance and some are falling apart. They are all so old and need replacing, some of them are an accident waiting to happen. The gym had a refurb a few years ago, but not all equipment got replaced
Fantastic experience: Puregym tower park is always clean, and enough parking usually. The problem is though the missile tubes you have to go into to enter the gym, they are not made for broad shoulders. :/

Fantastic experience: Welcome to my second home, I love this gym, great staff great selection of weights and machines. Nice inviroment, the music is not to my taste but that's what headphones are for lol. All in all 10/10 for this gym.

Fantastic experience: My favourite Pure gym since its refurb Just wish they had controllable temps in the shower or turn the temp down. After getting really hot and sweaty in the gym, last thing you want is a really hot shower! I'm sweating after I've had one they're so hot!

Fantastic experience: Joined last week as my work doesn't allow me to go to my normal gym. This gym is definitely a 'commercial' gym but that being said the equipment all seems in good working order and well maintained there was a rowing machine out of action (we will see how long for?) But everything else was good. The price for what you get is amazing to be honest.

Fantastic experience: Pure gym isn't actually that accurate as it also houses several vending machines, showers and toilets. Oh and stairs, there's even a sign saying how many stairs there are, why? Cause we're obviously interested in such statistics, I personally want to know how many carpet tiles they're using. The public has a right to know. ITS A GOOD GYM, seriously though, it's got everything you need to train your body into better. Everything it doesn't have you don't need and you should stop being so greedy. Except for sleds, Bournemouth has those and they destroy my legs more than anything.

Fantastic experience: Love it ,been going a few months now never thought I'd be a gym goer. Very affordable non fixed contract which attracted me to this place as I didn't want to commit to 12 months in case I didn't like it. Go three times a week and have always managed to do my workout on the equipment and have been different times of the day. Staff are friendly and helpful and gym facilities are modern and very clean.
Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym, for the price per month it is literally purely a Gym! So for the price there is no swimming pool or spa facilities but showers are provided. The equipment is well thought out and has an extensive range of free weights and cardio equipment. There are plenty of running machines, a few bikes, rowing, cross trainers and stepper machines. Mainly I use Pure Gum for weight training and toning. There are classes to join although I don’t use it for that, however there is one staff member who works there who has really does get people going at 6:30 in the morning when I walk past! Sounds like a rave! One final thing, no 12 month contracts! Just a rolling monthly direct debit, perfect.

Fantastic experience: Unbeatable for the price, well equipped and with good hot showers. I train early mornings so its nt too busy when I am in there. It gets busy in the evenings which is normal in most gyms. This gym has a lot of space, a good balance of CV machines and free / weight machines so fitness for all levels. The staff are friendly and there are some good classes. Very happy.
