Fantastic experience: Great leisure centre, all my children have swimming lessons here and can't fault them. Only thing that would be super helpful is if there were more private/cubicle showers

Fantastic experience: Love this leisure centre . The staff are all so lovely and exceptionally helpful. Both in person and when I called to ask about the swimming sessions . The pool is probably the best kept secret in Poole. It's beautiful in its design with a big sweeping curved roof of wooden panels. It feels very spacious when you swim . The water is a lovely temperature, neither too hot or too cold. The changing facilities are not separated which makes life easy for people who need to assist their partner in changing as well as families. It's a busy place with many classes taking place. I've used the gym in the recent past which is also great. Plenty of equipment and well ventilated with both fresh and air conditioning Monthly membership is very well priced and good value for money

Fantastic experience: Things have improved a lot here recently. The floor has been redone in the hall and the lighting fixed. Service has got a lot better with courts always set up before we arrive. It's a pleasure to play here. Good job guys!

Fantastic experience: Nice place to get some sport activities, confortable, with a lots of facilities, canteen, good attention, good prices, soft play for kids, saloon for meetings and parties. I go there with confidence.

Positive experience: Overall is a great place, it has space for improvement and upgrades but can't complain. I just recently joined and came from The Gym (before the pandemic member) and compared with Rossmore Leisure gym I can say that if your full gym geek probably the best would be The Gym , but if enjoying swimming too I would say go to Rossmore Leisure C. In regards of improvements I wish it had sauna as well and probably more gym equipments.

Fantastic experience: Worth a mention, as the centre was in my opinion excellent through the pandemic. It kept us sane being able to swim regularly and even though times and access was restricted, this was always done in line with regulator guidelines. We have to hope at a local level that this won't be one of the leisure centres which can't afford to keep going - I'll certainly continue visiting a few times a week anyway. Plenty of other activities, a reasonable website and Facebook page, plus if you are a regular swimmer it is easy booking on their app.

Fantastic experience: I have just spoken to a wonderfully great operator called Kira she he helped me me when nobody else would I thank you Keira and I think Rossmore gym everyone Active for understanding my reasons for putting my gym on hold I am in hospital at the moment so they put my account on hold for me which is brilliant and I thank you very much

Fantastic experience: It's a nice place to go for a workout good people good service reasonable price you can do just about anything here aerobics to water aerobics as I have a big swimming pool you can just buy something to eat if you want or you can have Personal Training you can have massages in there you can go into the weights room where you got all different machines for cardiovascular or just for general physio have a load of physiotherapists in there too yes it's your place very replace I was in hospital lately and they took the month after I was in hospital I was in hospital again so I'm hoping they do the same again I have not been about 5 months now I've paid for a few of them but I need some help with him dropping another month off as I've not been thank you

Fantastic experience: The staff were very helpful and polite I took our grandson to the bouncy fun as we've been to other venues where get up and groove and get up and bounce have been and have been very kind as our grandson is autistic great company.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Rossmore leisure centre to attend an event for the disabled. (I am wheelchair bound). The centre is wheelchair friendly, the staff were very helpful and I enjoyed the session. The centre is basically a gym and pool complex but they also have regular activities that the less able could do such as 10 M air rifle shooting (my interest). Nick, the guy in charge, said that he had plans to do other sports as the sessions progressed. I also noticed a set of rugby wheelchairs in a storeroom that was opened. Prices for my session was extremely cheap.

Fantastic experience: I have only used the gym during rehab from bad calf strain and have found it perfect for this and to maintain and improving core fitness. Well fitted out with friendly, competent and helpful staff. Reasonably priced with some very good membership deals.

Fantastic experience: Went here for a shooting the ball for an hour on a soccer field. Didn't see much, only the indoor pitch. All clean and well looked after. No lockers on the pitch though, but left belongings in storage room while playing. No windows, but it was dark anyway. All good.
