Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Best gym in the south of England. Great equipment, well organised and welcoming. I’m new to the area but wouldn’t want to train anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: There are some good gyms locally but Primitive Gymnasium is the very best. Filled with a variety of people from pro body builders, to prime fighters and dancers. The gym provides the equipment and the environment to push yourself beyond what you thought possible. Ryan and his team are to be commended for maintaining an authentic privately owned gym attracting and building amateurs and professionals alike

Fantastic experience: This gym is perfection! Whatever your level of fitness you can feel comfortable at primitive! I love the fact it is an independent and that all the guys and girls involved are filled with a knowledge to help you achieve your goals! I went in with 0 prior gym experience and didn’t feel intimidated or uncomfortable at all due to the nature of the set up and atmosphere Ryan and Rach have created! So whether you’re just starting out to get in shape or gain that extra bit of muscle to make you competitive on stage, look no further!

Fantastic experience: Primitive Gym is hands down, one of the best small gyms in Poole, Parkstone & Bournemouth. Been there myself for almost a year and love it! A nice variety of Hammer Strength equipment, free weights including dumbbells up to 75kg. Squat racks available. Strongman equipment i.e various log presses. 10ft (25kg) heavy duty bars. All the members are incredibly friendly despite the majority of the guys being absolutely massive yet soft as putty. All are also incredibly helpful with whatever question you may want to ask, whether it's dieting, a fitness programme etc. No contract & can cancel any time. They have their own apparell line, also sell fitness products (creatine, bcaas, protein & even CBD oil) Sports massage is available here. There is a boxing ring combined with various teachers for MMA, boxing. A massive padded floor to use too. Majority are professional bodybuilders so you know you are in good hands!

Fantastic experience: Well kitted out Gym, with lots of parking. Equipment is top notch, and the staff are all extremely knowledgeable as most of them are actively competing in their respective field. The PTs are of an especially high standard, and have experience at the national and international level. Overall an excellent and positive place to get serious about working out.

Fantastic experience: Best bodybuilding gym in the area by a standard mile. Have been a member at this gym on and off for a few years. Only reason for that is because I have moved a lot and it's not been accessible enough for me at times. Top coaches, very friendly atmosphere and all the equipment and weights you could ever want or need. Also boasts excellent boxing and MMA coaching, equipment and boxing ring and matted area. Highly rated

Fantastic experience: We were just visiting, but if we are ever in the area again we will defo be back. Great gym, fully equipped with really good quality equipment. Everyone very friendly and welcoming. And Ruby the bulldog takes care of everything behind the scenes. The atmosphere here was fantastic, nice loud music! Really really enjoyed my sessions here, sad that we had to travel back to Cambridge today!
