With services ranging from individual and group PT, pay as you go classes and studio hire, we aim to cater for all your fitness needs without the burden of paying a costly gym membership plus the knowledge that the smaller studio is regularly cleaned to the highest standards keeping for your health and safety .

Ocean Fitness Poole is a bright, airy and private space, very different from the big, brash and often intimidating larger gym environments. We offer a no commitment initial consultation where we listen to what it is you want to achieve and from here our team draw on their years of experience in the health and fitness industry to help you reach your goals.

By drawing on each other’s expertise, Ocean Fitness can cater for all.

Ocean Fitness is also an ideal location for other qualified PTs wishing to train their clients in a bright, modern, private studio but wanting to avoid a fixed monthly rental fee. We charge a very reasonable hourly rate, which fits perfectly with anyone looking for some flexibility in their working hours. We have two fully equipped training studios, two changing rooms with showers and on-site parking.

Whether you are aiming to lose weight, tone up, increase strength or train for a specific event, we will provide you with a bespoke program to ensure you achieve your goals. Each client will receive a full fitness test, nutritional advice and gym, home or running programs as desired.
