Fantastic experience: I get military discount here so I feel it is worth the monthly fee. Otherwise .. I may be inclined to say not. The free weight room has everything you need. The machine weights room is also pretty well equipped. Not many people attending right now so its nice, not too full. Would be nice to have a staff member walk round occasionally. Chat what you're up to, give tips. Advice maybe. On the whole.. yes I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fab gym. Facilities are a little tired but all work fine (look a bit tatty). Place is kept clean. Equipment is fab - good range of cardio and weights to meet all needs. Also a good range of classes and at different times to suit lifestyle. Brandon and Tom are brilliant - helpful, always on hand, clear instructors and nice, friendly guys! I go into the gym early in the morning when it's quiet - I haven't been in the evening so can't comment on how busy it gets later in the day. Another reviewer mentioned another gym in Salisbury with a pool and cleaner facilities. The Salisbury gym (Parkwood) does have 'nicer' facilities (it should at more than twice the price), but the instructors and personal attention you get at Lifestyle Fitness is significantly better. I highly recommend Lifestyle Fitness.
