Open 7 days a week. J Star Gymnastics has been making a name for itself since we launched our club in 2015 and have gone from strength to strength. Our experienced coaches train our gymnasts to a high standard, maintain sportsmanlike conduct in and out the gym and always have a good time. WELCOME TO J STAR GYMNASTICS where we welcome all those who share a love of physical challenges, benefits and grace of the various gymnastic disciplines. Whether you’re a parent looking to channel the energies of a tumbling toddler, someone looking to get into the sport for the first time or an elite gymnast, J star Gymnastics prides itself on being able to meet the needs of all. J Star gymnastics is affiliated to British Gymnastics, the national governing body of the sport. We focus on delivering classes suited to all abilities in a safe working environment with fully qualified coaches. We accept children from the age of 8 weeks in our Baby Gym classes and offer programmes for gymnasts to train right through to adulthood. The Club offers badge classes for boys and girls who come along and train and may progress to basic competition.

Our coaches use drills that introduce the skills in smaller, more achievable goals. Strength and flexibility challenges are presented as well as games and safety drills. Our preschool classes are designed to develop coordination for all sports as well as introduce the young child to basic skills in gymnastics. Children will experience a variety of challenges in order to develop basic motor skills, strength, and flexibility.
